Operational Carbon (OC): GHG emissions and removals resulting from the energy (module B6) and water use (module B7) during the building’s service life. Those are associated with heating, hot water, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems, as well as with the energy used in cooking, equipment, and lifts, drinking water supply and wastewater treatment.
